Who We’re Looking For

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Definition & Market Analysis

• Participate  in technical analysis of target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape to evaluate product technical requirements.
• Formulate  detailed   product  technical  specifications  under  the  guidance  of  PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and align with business objectives.
• Systematically position products and develop proposals leveraging existing company capabilities or product platforms to support PLM/PM in business decision-making.

2. Product Development & Management

• Define product development technical objectives, milestones, and volume production plans based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead end-to-end product development, including design, testing, and sample delivery, ensuring alignment with quality and timeline targets.
• Collaborate closely with  Program Managers and Manufacturing/Process Engineering teams to drive product design, pilot production, and transition to mass production.
• Monitor  product  development  progress,  mitigate  risks,  and  ensure compliance with technical and quality standards until successful handover to production.

3. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Technical Support

• Analyze customer needs in coordination with PLM and Sales teams, conduct technical feasibility assessments, and provide solution proposals with delivery plans.
• Engage directly  in customer technical discussions when required, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements and resolving product-related challenges.
• Support the  sales team in pre-sales activities by addressing technical inquiries and demonstrating product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers during product use, ensuring high satisfaction before and during volume production.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical field.
• 5+  years  of  hands-on  experience   in   product  development,   MLA  or  automotive   lighting development related experience is plus.
• Proven  track  record of delivering  products from concept to  mass  production,  preferably  in automotive industry.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Optical product design tools, testing protocols, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong  ability to  customer  needs  into technical  specifications  and  actionable  development plans.

3. Soft Skills & Competencies

• Leadership:  Ability  to   motivate  teams,   resolve  conflicts,  and  drive   projects  under  tight deadlines.
• Communication:    Excellent   verbal/written    skills    to    articulate   technical    concepts    to non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Customers, Executives).

任职要求

1. 基本条件 ：本科及以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言

2. 工作经验 ：三年以上相关工作经验，有成功量产项目经验，熟悉APQP/NPI流程

3. 知识技能：全面掌握项目管理知识体系（范围管理、进度管理、成本管理、质量管理、风险管理、干系人管理、采购管理、整合管理、沟通管理、人力资源管理）；

1. 参与客户需求评审，领导镀膜工艺和技术的开发并完成开发报告
2. 新工艺或新程序转量产过程中的稳定性维护和良率优化
3. 协助解决镀膜过程中的重大工艺异常，持续跟踪和分析
4. 镀膜及相关新设备的调研，选型，新设备的安装，验收和调试，以及人员培训,操作文件编写受控
5. 分析和解决质量问题和客户投诉问题

1. 本科及以上学历，光电专业或物理专业
2. 从事光学镀膜工艺开发工作5年以上
3. 独立主持过重要，挑战性光学薄膜专项

岗位概述

作为面向光通信领域微光学元器件的PLM，您将全面负责该产品线的战略规划、市场定位、新产品开发及全生命周期运营管理。对产品的技术竞争力、市场份额、销售额及盈利能力负最终责任，推动公司在光模块、CPO、OCS、硅光等应用场景中的光学解决方案落地。

岗位职责

1. 业务目标制定与达成

    制定微光学透镜产品线的年度销售、利润、成本及费用预算目标，统筹资源确保达成，并对整体经营结果负责。

2. 产品路线图与技术规划

    根据行业趋势、客户需求、竞品分析及公司战略，制定清晰的产品市场定位、产品路线图及技术规划，明确增长路径。

3. 新产品开发主导

    作为新产品“发起人”与“负责人”，主导从需求定义、产品规划到上市落地的全过程，明确产品定位、定价、规格及推广方式，确保产品契合市场与战略方向。

4. 售前支持与解决方案提供

 对接客户需求，组织内部评审并输出产品方案及产品定价；向市场部门提供产品发布。

资料、宣传材料及推广工具，协助制定市场营销计划；向销售提供销售材料与工具，提供必要支持。

5. 全生命周期协同管理

   主导产品从NPI到退市的全过程，设定良率、成本、交付周期、质量一致性等关键指标，协同研发、工艺、生产、供应链及质量团队，确保目标达成。

任职要求

1.  本科及以上学历，物理、光学工程、光电信息、材料等相关专业优先。

2. 3 年及以上产品管理岗位经验。

3. 具备光通信或微纳光学产品有经验者优先。

4. 英语可作为工作语言。

5. 较强的跨部门协调能力，能在国际化团队中顺畅沟通。

岗位职责

1.产品定义：参与目标市场、客户需求的技术分析，根据PLM/PM的要求，评估和分析产品技术要求，制定所需产品的技术规范；

2.产品开发和管理：根据产品技术和业务需求，制定产品开发技术目标、里程碑和批量生产计划；主导产品开发、测试和样品交付，确保新产品从样品阶段到批量制造能够顺利实现；

3.产品售前/售后技术支持：配合PLM/PM和销售分析客户需求，进行技术可行性评估，并基于公司现有能力或产品平台为客户提供解决方案和交付计划。必要时直接参与客户的技术沟通，全面准确地了解客户需求，解决销售过程中的产品技术问题，支持销售团队完成售前工作；

4.定制需求交付：基于现有技术平台和技术能力，主导完成客户定制化产品的开发、测试和交付工作；

5.RMA分析：针对非标产品，主导完成RMA产品的分析，输出分析报告和改进计划，并配合销售进行必要的客户沟通。

任职要求

1.  学历：本科及以上学历；

2. 工作经验： 3年及以上激光、半导体、通讯、材料、光学等相关制造业生产、研发或技术支持类工作经验；或优秀应届毕业生。 专业资格：电子、光学、材料、物理、机电等理工科专业背景；

4. 英语水平：基本的英语听、说、读、写能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先；

5. 沟通及承压能力强，能够组织、协调不同部门和背景的同事共同工作，完成目标。
