Responsibilities:
- Responsible for lead generation, prospect development, sales presentations, closing and account management.
- Meeting annual sales targets will be one of the most important requirements.
- Manage quotes and proposals.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Attend sales and networking events such as industry meetings and trade shows.
- Participate all daily sales activities, including sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze and evaluate new industry or new application in current market.
- Payment collection.
- Establish and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and over than 3 years of experience in a professional and international sales environment.
- Highly self-disciplined and self-motivated; Excellent communication and understanding skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Goal-oriented and driven by success.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in the optics and diode laser industries including knowledge of the customer base is a plus.
- Sales experience and existing network within IT / Consumer Electronics/medical health/ system equipment for industrial processing is a plus.
- Skilled at time, travel and customer management.
- MS Office skills.
- Based in USA, with global travelling.
