光学刻蚀工艺工程师（实习生）

岗位职责:

  1. 协助刻蚀工程师开展干法刻蚀作业，重点负责应用于光学微透镜的反应离子刻蚀（RIE）技术相关工作；
  2. 协助监控光学微透镜RIE干法刻蚀的全流程，及时、精准记录腔体压力、刻蚀功率、气体流量、刻蚀时间、刻蚀深度等关键工艺数据；
  3. 协助工程师开展光学微透镜图案研发工作，参与RIE干法刻蚀工艺与微透镜图案的匹配调试及测试，配合完成图案刻蚀效果的验证与优化工作；
  4. 协助开展光学微透镜刻蚀产品的质量检测工作，使用相关检测工具检测刻蚀深度、轮廓精度及表面粗糙度，分拣不合格产品并记录相关问题及成因；
  5. 协助整理、归档及更新RIE干法刻蚀相关工艺文件，配合撰写光学微透镜刻蚀相关实习报告与工艺总结文档。

任职要求:

教育背景

  1. 理工科相关专业本科及硕士学历（包括微电子科学与工程、材料科学与工程、电子科学与技术、干法刻蚀工艺工程、微光学制造工程等相关专业）；

专业知识与能力

  1. 了解干法刻蚀尤其是反应离子刻蚀（RIE）的基本原理与工艺流程，熟悉干法刻蚀设备基本结构者优先；
  2. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等基础办公软件，可完成数据记录、整理及报告撰写工作，有数据分析软件或人工智能使用经验者优先；
  3. 愿意从事现场干法刻蚀操作及设备维护工作，能够严格遵守公司安全操作规范与刻蚀设备操作准则；
  4. 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够读懂干法刻蚀、RIE技术及光学微透镜相关专业英文文献资料；
  5. 具备较强的学习能力、实操能力与动手操作能力。

基本素质

  1. 责任心强、工作细致严谨，对待工艺数据与设备操作态度严肃审慎；
  2. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，能够配合工程团队完成工艺调试、设备维护等相关工作；
  3. 工作积极主动，愿意学习干法刻蚀与RIE技术相关专业知识，能够适应光学微透镜现场生产与研发工作节奏。

加分项:

  1. 具备干法刻蚀、反应离子刻蚀（RIE）或光学微制造领域相关实习经验，熟悉相关设备操作流程；
  2. 熟悉RIE干法刻蚀机或相关检测仪器的操作，能够独立完成基础设备操作工作；
  3. 参与过干法刻蚀、RIE技术、光学微透镜相关科研项目或发表过相关论文者优先。
