干法蚀刻工艺工程师（应届生）

岗位职责：

  1. 负责蚀刻工艺开发与优化，维护蚀刻生产线的日常稳定运行，处理生产过程中的工艺异常，确保关键尺寸（CD）、侧壁陡直度、粗糙度和蚀刻速率达到设计规格。主导新产品的蚀刻工艺导入，制定标准作业流程（SOP）和工艺控制计划（CP）；
  2. 负责蚀刻机台（如RIE反应离子蚀刻机或湿法蚀刻台）的工艺调试、日常监控和故障初步排查；
  3. 针对蚀刻后产生的缺陷（如黑硅、微负载效应、残留物、侧壁损伤）进行根本原因分析，并提出改善措施。配合产品工程师和测试工程师，持续提升良率；
  4. 熟练使用台阶仪，白光干涉仪等测量设备进行工艺监控；
  5. 具备基础的统计学知识（SPC统计过程控制、DOE实验设计），并能运用相关软件（如JMP, Minitab）分析数据。

任职要求：

  1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，材料科学与工程、微电子、电子信息，物理学、应用化学、光学工程等相关专业；
  2. 核心能力：具有较好的逻辑思维能力、数学思维能力、学习沟通能力及承压能力；
  3. 职业素养：具备良好团队协作意识、对工作负责，积极主动，结果导向，具备实战精神；
  4. 工具与语言：熟练运用OFFICE办公软件；具备较好英文沟通能力、英文读写能力。

加分项：

  1. 光电设计大赛、物理实验竞赛等经历，制作过实物作品；
  2. 知名企业生产制造相关的实习经历；
  3. 熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949质量体系，具备FMEA失效模式与影响分析编写经验。
