光刻工艺工程师（应届生）

岗位职责：

  1. 负责黄光光刻工艺开发与优化，维护匀胶、曝光、显影生产线的日常稳定，处理工艺异常，确保光刻胶的厚度均匀性、关键尺寸（CD）精度、套刻精度及图形完整性符合设计规格。负责新产品的光刻工艺导入，制定并优化标准作业流程（SOP）及工艺参数表；
  2. 负责光刻核心设备的操作、工艺调试与日常监控（包括匀胶机/旋转涂布机、光刻机/光罩对准曝光机、热板、显影机）。参与光刻设备的验收、季度维护及简单故障排查。负责光刻版（掩模版/Mask）的管理、清洁检查与生命周期监控；
  3. 针对光刻工艺中常见的缺陷（如涂胶不均匀、条纹、颗粒沾污、显影不净、套刻偏差）进行根本原因分析，并提出改善方案。建立光刻参数与光学性能的关联模型，持续提升良率；
  4. 编制工艺报告、实验设计（DOE）报告及8D改善报告。培训技术员及操作员，确保黄光区工艺纪律及洁净室行为符合规范；
  5. 具备基础的统计学知识（SPC统计过程控制、DOE实验设计），并能运用相关软件（如JMP, Minitab）分析数据。

任职要求：

  1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，光学、微电子、材料物理、半导体物理、应用化学等相关专业；
  2. 核心能力：具有较好的逻辑思维能力、数学思维能力、学习沟通能力及承压能力；
  3. 职业素养：具备良好团队协作意识、对工作负责，积极主动，结果导向，具备实战精神；
  4. 工具与语言：熟练运用OFFICE办公软件；具备较好英文沟通能力、英文读写能力。

加分项：

  1. 光电设计大赛、物理实验竞赛等经历，制作过实物作品；
  2. 知名企业生产制造相关的实习经历；
  3. 熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949质量体系，具备FMEA失效模式与影响分析编写经验；
  4. 有黄光区（光刻）交叉工作经验，能独立操作匀胶机和光刻机。
