会议报告 | 晶圆级微光学技术赋能新兴应用领域的未来

2025年4月28日(星期一)15:00(北京时间),炬光科技首席产品官、首席工艺官Qichuan Yu将参加由苏州纳米城&深圳市微纳制造产业促进会联合主办的2025(第二届)微纳制造技术应用生态大会暨颁奖典礼,并受邀在会上发表题为《晶圆级微光学技术赋能新兴应用领域的未来》的专题演讲,演讲语言为中文。

 

晶圆级微纳光学(WLO)精密压印加工制造技术,可结合微纳光学设计目标进行母版的设计与制造,并在6英寸或8英寸晶圆基板上进行高精密压印、易于扩展的晶圆级工艺,满足微纳光学元器件的大规模生产。紫外线固化、低温、低压工艺,可针对微米/纳米结构特征进行适形再现。晶圆级堆叠工艺(WLS)技术使用先进的掩膜对准设备对多个光学晶圆与刚性间隔块进行几微米级精度堆叠,具备无镜筒、支架、高度紧凑、高度集成和可回流等特征,更可集成光圈、镀膜、光谱滤波等附加功能,实现经济高效的晶圆级光学镜头模组。

在此基础上,晶圆级透镜集成(WLI)技术实现了微型芯片级封装(CSP)传感器的无缝整合,构建出超薄且光密封的可工作模组。这种创新设计不仅显著增强了设计的灵活性,还极大优化了空间利用率,为高性能、小型化光学系统的开发提供了新的方向。

相较于传统模压工艺和注塑工艺,该技术路线具备显著优势:更低的单件成本、更高的尺寸一致性、更强的系统集成能力。结合无镜筒结构、高度集成模组设计及可回流封装能力,晶圆级光学系统尤其适用于AR/VR、AI视觉、3D传感、近红外成像等对体积、功耗和制造成本高度敏感的应用场景。
