Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the production and quality team to improve quality, efficiency, and team performance
- Ensure all production processes for optical products comply with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee production capacity and resource planning in coordination with the planning and sales departments
- Collaborate with development, production, and sales teams to implement customer-specific solutions
- Optimize production processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall product quality
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze production data to meet goals and improve performance
Your profile
- Engineering background (HES or EPF) with good managerial skills
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience for high volume production
- Very good English skills (oral and written)
- Know-how of semiconductor processes
- Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, self-motivated and flexible
