Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy AI tools and applications for R&D data analysis, R&D management;
- Use AI tools for deep search/research, reasoning, brainstorm, risk analysis in R&D.
Qualifications & Requirements ：
Education Background
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computing and Software Engineering, Data science, Information technology, Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering, Mathematics, AI application engineering or Physics.
Fundamental Knowledge
- Basic understanding of computing, programming, data science, precision engineering principles, with coursework related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Understanding, Knowledge-Based AI, Game AI, and relevant applications.
Technical Skills
- AI tools and applications such as LLM for management and R&D work;
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as simulation software, CAD tools, data management and analysis, or programming/analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB or Python) is beneficial.
Experience
- Experience through courses, student projects, or research activities related to AI modeling and application, data analysis, LLM applications is preferred.

Plus:
- Experience in AI tools deployment and dara analysis;
- Python programming with AI packages;
- Knowledge or experience in finance analysis.
