The new Focuslight BeamRazor™ LE02 pulsed laser line beam transmitter module is designed for beam steering LiDAR systems with steering mirrors or MEMS, as well as receivers such as ADP and SPAD/SiPM. It combines a high peak power 905nm pulsed laser with unique optical beam shaping technology.

• FocusTest LD Characterization Test System for automatic testing of LIV and spectrum and polarization degree; includes automatic data recording and report generation.

• FocusTest Far Field Test System for testing distribution of radiation intensity within ~120˚ field angle at the far field of the laser testing source.

• FocusTest Near Field Test System for testing intensity distribution of each emitter at the cavity facet.

• FocusTest Polarization Test System for automatic testing of polarization degree; includes automatic data recording and report generation.

• FocusTest Diode Laser Unmounted Bar Test System for characterization of laser diode photoelectric parameters, such as LIV, spectrum, and far field features of emitters on unmounted chips.
