Focuslight Announces New Optical Coating Services

Xi'an, China – January 21, 2022 – Focuslight Technologies, a global provider of high-power diode lasers and micro-optics, has announced they now offer optical coating services for global customers. Optical coating is an important process for optical components manufacturing. A precise design and production process of optical coating can ensure good product performance and long-term operational reliability. Focuslight has the capability to design, manufacture and supply high quality coatings for optical communications, instrumentation, and medical applications, as well as conducting thin film analysis and measurement. Focuslight offers a wide variety of coatings to cover the wavelength range from the deep ultraviolet (DUV) to infrared (IR). Optical components are ultrasonically cleaned, coated, and then inspected in a standard clean room to finally meet the relevant thin film properties, climate resistance and life-time requirements according to ISO standards. Specific optical components can even fulfill the automotive-grade requirements.

Focuslight provides standard coatings in different types and functions within the wavelength range from 100nm to 3000nm. Customized coating services according to specific customer needs and applications are also offered. Available coatings include anti-reflection coating, high-reflection coating, beam splitter, filter, ITO conductive coating and AF coating.

Coating Test & Equipment
