关于我司和北京富拓发明专利权纠纷的民事调解书和北京富拓致歉声明

近期，因北京富拓侵害我司激光无创溶脂应用FR系列产品的发明专利权，我司向北京知识产权法院提起诉讼，北京知识产权法院主持调解并出具调解书，“北京富拓停止侵害炬光科技发明专利权的行为，销毁侵权产品，并同意公开发布致歉声明，以消除其侵权行为给炬光科技造成的不良影响”。



北京富拓致歉我司，“其侵权行为给炬光科技造成了严重经济损失，也给炬光科技的正常生产经营以及本行业正常的市场竞争秩序造成了一定障碍。”北京富拓郑重承诺会不断增加知识产权保护意识，尊重各方的知识产权。



作为科技创新型企业，我司一直坚持创新，从成立以来，研发投入占营业收入比例一直保持在20%左右。炬光科技坚持尊重知识产权，也非常注重知识产权的保护，坚决打击各种侵害我司知识产权的侵权行为。此次案例，也说明了国家对知识产权的重视。习总书记在今年年初发表的《全面加强知识产权保护工作，激发创新活力推动构建新发展格局》中强调，创新是引领发展的第一动力，保护知识产权就是保护创新。全面建设社会主义现代化国家，必须更好推进知识产权保护工作。知识产权保护工作关系国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，关系高质量发展，关系人民生活幸福，关系国家对外开放大局，关系国家安全。炬光科技也在一直努力，为我国知识产权保护工作贡献一份力量。
