论坛回放 | 蓝光半导体激光器的光学整形

2022年7月28日,炬光科技出席光电汇举办的主题论坛——“光言万物”。在本次论坛中,炬光科技激光光学事业部亚太区产品线总监乔娟发表题为《蓝光半导体激光器的光学整形》的报告。

报告摘要

蓝光半导体激光器的应用在最近几年得到广泛拓展,持续推动着铜、铝等高反材料加工方式的变革。与红外光相比,蓝光对高反金属的高吸收率为传统工业应用,如切割,焊接带来了巨大的便利。除材料加工外,蓝光在医疗、照明、泵浦等领域的应用也倍受关注。

对蓝光半导体激光器的光学整形,相较于红外半导体激光器更有挑战:

• 常用的光学材料对蓝光的吸收高于红外光,比如红外光常用的高折射率玻璃S-TIH53;

• 材料对激光的吸收会导致热透镜效应,致使产品尺寸变化进而影响产品光学性能;

• 微光学透镜的温升可能会影响胶水性能,进而影响产品光学性能。

熔融石英由于对蓝光吸收极低,是蓝光微光学元器件的理想材料,但熔融石英具有折射率较低的缺点,这就要求从光学设计的角度进行优化,从而更好地对材料进行应用。

演讲人:乔娟,激光光学事业部亚太区产品线总监。德国柏林洪堡大学理学硕士,自2012年起加入炬光科技,曾担任海外销售经理、市场部高级经理、半导体激光事业部产品线总监等职位。
