Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Definition & Market Analysis

.     Participate  in technical analysis of target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape to evaluate product technical requirements.

.     Formulate  detailed   product  technical  specifications  under  the  guidance  of  PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and align with business objectives.

.     Systematically position products and develop proposals leveraging existing company capabilities or product platforms to support PLM/PM in business decision-making.

2. Product Development & Management

.     Define product development technical objectives, milestones, and volume production plans based on business and technical requirements.

Education & Experience

.     5+  years  of  hands-on  experience   in   product  development,   MLA  or  automotive   lighting development related experience is plus.

Job Responsibilities

The position will be a subject matter expert on etched optics at the corporate research and development level. The Senior Process Integration Engineer will lead hands-on development and manufacturing of high-performance etched optics within state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities. She/He will take ownership of establishing a new pilot product line, contribute to strategic R&D initiatives, and strengthen Focuslight’s etched optics capabilities to expand and enhance the company’s product portfolio. One main task here is to transform conceptual optical designs into functional, manufacturable products by advancing the etch optics processing capabilities, while implementing robust quality control measures throughout the process. In more detail the Process Integration Engineer should,

• Lead the development and fabrication of high-end etched optics products on the pilot production line.
• Design, develop, and validate process flows tailored to optical product requirements, ensuring manufacturability and performance.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Microtechnology, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Practical experience in microfabrication. Expertise in dry etching and photolithography is a requirement.
• In-depth theoretical knowledge of micro- and nanofabrication technologies.
• Proficiency in metrology and characterization techniques for micro- and nanostructures.
• Basic understanding of optics and photonics.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, dicing, die attach, wire bonding) to ensure high uptime and machine stability.

Job Responsibilities

1. Cost Accounting

• Perform Cost Center Accounting operations based on the SAP CO module and handle related General Ledger (GL) accounting matters (Note: Booking operations for other modules and accounts are uniformly executed by the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) – Mainland China);
• Based on the existing SAP product cost accounting system, collect cost items such as raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overheads, and conduct production order settlement and variance analysis;
• Monitor deviations between actual costs and standard costs, and complete monthly/quarterly cost analysis;
• Ensure cost accounting complies with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) requirements.

2. Data Support & Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Liaise with the production, procurement, and logistics departments to provide SAP cost data support;
• Utilize tools such as Power BI/SQL to explore the value of cost data and provide a basis for budget preparation and profit forecasting.

3. Cross-Regional Coverage

• The company plans to establish a factory in Malaysia (2026). As a member of the FSSC, you will be required to cover the cost accounting work of the Malaysian factory in the future (through a "remote coverage + dual-location" model);
• Provide periodic short-term on-site support for cost accounting at the group’s German/Swiss companies (Optional).

4. Local Compliance Work (Optional)

• As an FSSC staff member stationed in Singapore, be responsible for local financial matters that need to be completed on-site, such as tax declaration, annual inspection declaration, on-site audit coordination, and document provision.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Over 5 years of cost accounting experience, including at least 3 years of practical experience in operating the SAP CO module;
• Experience in operating S/4 HANA.

2. Professional Skills

• Master methods such as cost variance analysis and standard cost setting, and be able to independently handle end-to-end cost accounting processes;
• Familiarity with the FICO module, as well as an understanding of CCA (Cost Center Accounting), IO (Internal Order), COPC (Cost Object Controlling), COPA (Profitability Analysis), and ML (Material Ledger);
